Issue when saving changes using Chrome

Hey there,
For some reason when I click “Save Changes” in editing mode using Chrome, I frequently get “There was a problem with your action. Please try again or reload the page” error message. Reloading the page will not solve the issue, the only way is to clear all browser data of Chrome to temporarily getting rid the message to enable saving changes. The issue will come back again in a very short time.
It seems it works fine in Firefox but not with Chrome.
What could be the possible cause of the issue?
