How to control the Category layout

Hi,
i try to find the way to control the Blog category layout and cant find a way to do it. i want to try grid to see if it is look better, but also center the posts titles when i am in the category. example (*Login to see link
i prefer to not change/add templates and do CSS changes if it possible (although i couldn’t find category template in the theme files).
