Virtue premium not loading!!

Hi Ben & Hannah
I need your help, i downloaded the virtue them and then change it to store front theme…Now when i go back to the Virtue
Theme wont load properly, it keeps saying
Warning: Attempt to assign property of non-object in /home/danmiz/cashondek.com/wp-content/themes/virtue_premium/lib/nav.php on line 39
I tried deleting the item but the problem seems to persist please i need your help.
