Remove spacing & mobile layout

Hello,
1. Could you please give me some css to remove the white space between my 4 picture menu on the homepage…. and the call to action background? On mobiles, this looks okay …but on desktops there seems to be extra space inbetween the two.
2. Similarly, I want to increase the space between the revolution slider and the first menu picture, on mobile phones. I want the spacing to be the same as it is for the other menu pictures.
On desktops its perfect at present..
3. On mobile phones,
a) can I shift the menu button to the left of the screen?
b) Add a small logo in the middle of the menu topbar….and
c) Add the shopping cart icon on the left side of the menu bar?
