Media upload not working.

Hello Ben and Hannah. I am having a problem that should be easy to solve but so far I’m stumped. I’m about to reinstall WordPress but I want to see if you see anything I don’t. Its just a test subdomain so anything can be deactivated or removed. I created an admin login for you and I can provide a ftp login if needed. I have already tried increasing memory limits, using PHPmyAdmin to put the upload folder info back under Settings>Media, changing folder permissions, disabling all plugins,and other stuff I don’t remember.
