Trouble with Ninja Forms

I have used Ninja forms with the free version of Virtue without a problem. However, when I upgraded to the paid version my forms function ok but emails are no longer received. Host hasn’t changed, everything else is unchanged. It seems as though the contact form on the premium version is interfering with the more complex forms that I need for this application. Is there a way to block or turn off the contact form function of the premium version?
