Featured Image Not Showing

So I’ve been trying to get a featured image on a few pages, but nothing I seem to do can get the image to show.
I have the page template set to “Feature”, the image is 1366×535 in size so it’s most certainly large enough, and I’ve changed the “Feature Options” to “Image”. In addition, I’ve also attempted (just to see if it would work) to get a carousel working, but that won’t show anything either. Any suggestions?
