How to fix the header?

Hello everyone

I just bought Virtue Premium theme I installed on the website *Login to see link However as you can notice, the header is not fixed. Do anyone knows how to make the header fixed like in the demo *Login to see link

On the video *Login to see link they suggest to copy paste the code

position: fixed;
z-index: 1000;
width: 100%;
}

It works but only with the blue line. Do you know how to fix everything (the blue line and the menu below like in the demo *Login to see link

Additional question: Do you know how to create a menu that looks like the Virtue Theme Demo (the logo and the menu in the same line, and small arrow at the right of each item – Home, Portfolio, Features, Blog, Shop)?

Because no matters where I dpslay the top menu (principal navigation, secondary navigation…) it never display like in the demo (no arrow, not the same line)
