Fatal error when updating ToolKit

This is the error when I try to update the Virtue / Pinnacle ToolKit:
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare kad_accordion_shortcode_function() (previously declared in /home/content/p3pnexwpnas01_data02/21/2216221/html/wp-content/themes/pinnacle_premium/lib/kad_shortcodes/general_shortcodes.php:33) in /home/content/p3pnexwpnas01_data02/21/2216221/html/wp-content/plugins/virtue-toolkit/shortcodes.php on line 20
Please advise.
