can author moderate comments on their posts?

Is there a way to keep my clients as authors but give them capability of moderating comments. As admin I’m the only one right now and would prefer the authors who are my clients to moderate their posts and comments both. The editor role does that and much more. Would prefer my clients don’t have access to deleting pages, files, changing layout/design, etc. Any ideas beside changing their role to editor?
