Porfolio names visible on mobile devices

On a Category Page for example: *Login to see link
I can see the names of my portfolio pages whit a mouse over on the pictures.
But on Mobile devices you don’t see the names because there is no mouse over.
Is there a possibility to see imediatly the names on mobile devices.
