Social links in topbar

Hey,
I would like to remove the social links from the topbar but only on smartphones (keep them on PC as they are that’s to say side by side with the menu icon). How can I do that ?
Also on smartphones I would like to increase the size of the Menu icon and the font size of the elements in the top bar [those appearing in the top bar (Your cart) AND the items of the descending menu]. Is-it possible ?
