Background color when hovering on "x" in cart

Hi!
We noticed a strange thing when you´re in the cart and want to remove a product on nya.vattenliv.nu.
When you hover on the “x”-symbol to remove a product there is a red square covering the x. We would like the x to change color instead. We would like the X to be in the color #1072ba when you´re not hovering and #f26922 when you´re hovering.
