Menu Spacing between and below items

Hello

Using Pinnacle theme and shrink and sticky header and I’ve quite a few menu items and they’re really spaced out.
Could you suggest a way to make the spacing between the menu items smaller and also the spacing below smaller so that if the menu goes to two lines that they are closer together – ie in front of the header image and not in front of the slide (home) or in front of page text?

One of the reasons I chose to have all items in the menu (as opposed to having sub-menu items) was because when I did have sub-menu items they didn’t sit just below the main menu item but way further down underneath the header – would it be possible for you to suggest a way to make the sub header closer to main menu item – that way I can play with both and see how it looks?

On the homepage it seems there’s a big space between call to action and testimonials and between testimonials and blog entries and also between blog and featured products – how can I reduce this?
