How to display a full iframe without scrollbar?

Hi, I am using a child theme of Pinnacle Premium. Maybe what I want is impossible, but I thought I would give it a try 🙂 .
I need to put an iframe in one of my page that opens an advertising page maintained by a third party. Here is what the iframe I place in my page looks like (I changed the src web address):

The problem is 2 fold.
1- Since the length of the advertising changes without notification, I have a scroll bar for my page and another scroll bar inside for the advertising. Not good, I want to show the full ad without the need of double scrolling bar. I tried to remove the height= : just the first lines of the advertising shows and there is an even greater double scroll bars. My workaround was to increase length to = 3700, which is good only for this week advertising!
2- When viewed from a smaller screen, the advertising is responsive but then the advertising is longer, a length of 2165 or 3700 will be too short, I still view 2 scroll bar. Even if the adds would always be the same length on a full screen (for ex 3700), it will always be longer on a smaller screen.
Questions:
From Pinnacle: Is it possible to have a page template or something where the full advertising shows without scrolls bar inside the page scroll bar? So that Pinnacle would know how long is the advertisement so the page length would adjust automatically?
From my supplier: Or would it be something my supplier has to do?
