Closing gaps between page builder rows

Hi there, we have an odd gap between two page builder blocks (rows) we want to remove on our home page. There is not a gap apparent in page builder however. And, if we turn page builder off, it strips all the content from the page, but it appears (looking at the underlying HTML) we have some extra paragraph breaks that may be the issue.

And so the question is… How can we remove the offending gap without loosing all our content on the home page, as currently happens when we switch from Page Builder to “text” or “visual” editing modes? These seem to be the only ways to do what we need unless you know otherwise?
