I am wondering how to change the following Blog elements:

1. Add a border on top of the “Previous Post” and “Next Post Arrows”
2. Increase space between the base of the blog tags and the border created on number 1.
3. Increase space between base of the “Previous Post” and “Next Post Arrows” and thin line.
4. Increase space between thin line and top edge of “Leave a Reply”
5. Remove the box around the “Previous Post” and “Next Post Arrows”
6. Change the arrow style
7. Transform text into all uppercase
8. Add a ver effect to the “Previous Post” and “Next Post Arrows”
