My website is loading very slow…

Hi Ben,
As of last night, my site has become very, very slow. Even the back-end dash takes a lot of time to load for every command. I’ve checked all of the plugins individually and I’ve also called our hosts (GoDaddy) who say it’s either a plugin or from the theme, but nothing I do seems to work. I hope you can help, please.
