How do I remove the site title on the menu?

I am using a background image that will be my logo. I want the menu to sit on top of it. How do I remove the site title of the menu? Also, is there away to increase spacing on the menu so it lays across the screen with one row instead of creating another row? Here is the link to the site *Login to see link
