For the life of me .. I can’t figure out a way to activate the Virtue Premium theme on my multisite

If I try to network enable the theme .. I get the dreaded white screen and crash. This is what remains in my URL location line

=====================/shops .. ultimately where I want to start adding new topics using this theme

I am not unfamiliar with network activated themes in multisites .. as I have a couple domains with various multisites and multiple themes.

I am using this theme as a test on no problem.

I have also tried various options … installing zip files, installing full files, copying directly from 1800HART site that work, etc ..

The version uploaded is v.3.3.6

Can you help?
