Shop Picture Same Preview Size

Dear All,
would like to ask if ist possible to get a same looking for all articles in the shop in the preview of the articleshowing …
Now I have different Kind of Picture sizes in the view of categorie and These Looks not very fine …
Due to different suppliers the Pictures have different Kind of sizes and I havent resize all … especially not all time possible ….
What can I do ?
