Centred Logo on Header & Lowering Basket & Login topbar to be vertically centred

Hi Ben
We’re having some difficulty also with the current topbar, we cannot find a way to lower the links to basket and customer login so that they are vertically aligned with the logo on in the centre, currently like this:
