Product Variation problem

Hi, I have set up the attributes for shirt sizes in the store but when I tested it, the sizes are all showing instead of a drop box and it makes me select all of the sizes before I can add anything to the cart. It gives me an error message saying that all fields must be completed.
Can you please let me know what I have done wrong? I have searched through the support documents and can’t find where I went wrong 🙁
Is it possible to set up multiple attributes to show sizes and prices in a drop box? We have many products that come in different sizes but are all priced differently.
