Search Box in between icon menu & featured products

Hi,
On my homepage, I want to add search box in between icon menu and featured products, or even just below the revolution slider. How can I do this?
Secondly, can I work on a single page using both Page Builder and Theme Options at the same time? I tried it and it didn’t work.
