Making Changes to home page set up

I am having problems making changes to my home page.
I would like to set it up like this:
1. Top Header is fine.
2. Header: LATEST FROM SCHOOLS IN CHAOS
3. Title of most recent post, followed by summary of post.
Right now it shows the entire post.
4. I want to delete the next 2 posts. Ie. “Who I am” and “Why I started, write and edit this blog”
5. HEADING: RECENT ARTICLES FROM SCHOOLS IN CHAOS
6. Delete header “Latest from “Schools in Chaos”
- The forum ‘Virtue Theme’ is closed to new topics and replies.
