Undermenuepoints are not seen on mobile

Dear All,
would like to know where I could Change the Settings that also the undermenuepoints ( my 2nd line with the menu ( orange line )
is also shown on the mobile Phone Menue

At the Moment it is not seen that These undermenue are exists
