different widget on Mobile

Hi
I was wondering if you can help me with a code that let me display a custom widget on mobile view,. Let me explain:
i have 4 columns on my footer with customs menus each, the mobil view shows too many info and my site looks boring, so i would like to display just one customized widget at the footer on mobile. Would you please help me. My site is yadiihair.com
