Simple calendar plugin

I have searched through the options for calendar plugins but none seem to do what I need (and are easy to use!). I would like to have a monthly calendar that lists the time of the shoreline tour each day – the time changes each day depending upon the tide. Then I would like people to be able to book the date of their choice and I would confirm by e-mail. Could you recommend a plugin? Many thanks!!
