set order on staff page

I am using the staff page to show our association officers. There are 5 to where I want it? Right now my left hand column [top to bottom] is President, Vice president, Der Alte [don’t ask]. My right hand column [top to bottom] is Treasurer, Secretary. I would like the left hand column [top to bottom] to be President, Secretary, Der Alte and the right hand column [top to bottom] to be Vice President, Treasure. How can I do this?
