Poor quality thumbnail in image gallery (carrousel)

Hi!
I am using the page builder´s image gallery widget.
The carrousel shows fine, buy the image quality is very poor.
It is loading the medium version (300x300px) and showing it al 269x269px, so I don´t know why it shows this badly… But the thumbnail itself is in poor quality already.
Working localy, son can´t show you an example…
Any ideas?
