virtue theme- photos not uploading

hi , i just changed over to the virtue premium and for some reason the photos are not uploading.
also – i use virtue premium for another site and it says its on Virtue – Premium 3.3.8
but the one i just uploaded is: Virtue – Premium 2.8.9- how do i upload it to the 3.3.8 version?
PLEASE HELP!!!!
