menu spacing between logo and text

Hello, how to fix this problem:
Then I make browser window smaller, 1 menu item goes on second line.
Maybe you can write me how to put logo on the left corner and also make spacing between logo and menu smaller?
It would be nice to have lodo and menu fullwidth (from 1 display corner to another), is it possible?
Also I would like to add 1 menu item more.
