an amazing horizontal bar appears on my tablett

I just notice that if I use use my tablet I have this problem :
If i put my tablet in the horizontal way it is ok
but i put my tablet my vertical way I see an horizontal part of a picture in my horizontal bar which I dont want
I did some where a mistake I really want to cancel this part of the picture
