Staff Page – Remove extra titles

I edited the Staff PAge to show our association officers. On the original page in the theme there is a small heading above each staff member that repeats their name. This also shows up on my edited page, but with the title of the officer [eg Commodore shows as the persons title in heading font and as a title in a small outline box. How do I delete the small box? here is a page link to see what it shows. *Login to see link Thank you
