Weird space under revolution slider

Hey guys, I’m having issue with the header and REVslider.

First, a strange space appears under the top revolution slider on the page. It’s only after I’ve scrolled down the page, and then back up.
Also, I’m having issues with the header in this installation, too. After I’ve scrolled down and then back up, the background image in the slider (behind header) cuts off and there’s a big white gap. I’m running a compression plugin on all my images in hopes that it’ll clear up some issues with loading time (maybe that’s what’s triggering this?), but it seems that every new install of Pinnacle, the header doesn’t want to load properly.
