Hi

Got the Virtue Premium Theme today. Have installed everything bar the demo-content. Have tried several times to upload it and it continually fails. Got in touch with my hosting company about the problem but was told they cant help unless I upgrade my plan. They suggested FTP. Is this possible with the demo-content and if so could you please let me know how to do it.
