Image Menu Icon Mobile Resizing

On desktop and mobile horizontal view the ABOUT US section has 4 image menu icons side by side in a row which is good but in vertical view these images go into a single column and take up the whole screen. Can they be made to go 2 icons x 2 icons in vertical view?
