I just want to thank you for your theme and support.
I’ve just lost $59 bucks through a bad theme and support, and it really..really sucks, when you don’t get the money easily.
It makes me able to appreciate your works and especially your SUPPORT. That’s why I write this.
I’ve used your free version theme a long time and I’ve bought your paid version. And I recommend your theme to my readers and clients.
I’ve seen Hannah giving a great support even on the free theme.
And what I like is that Hannah uses a real face, so it makes me feel like I’m talking to a person. For Ben, I’m not yet interact with you long enough. So I can’t give my opinion about you. But until today, you seem helpful with my questions.
Your knowledgebase is excellent, you’ll be surprise that there’s other developer who keep his knowledgebase hidden. And I’m expected to know where it is. It’s so frustrating, especially when his theme design isn’t intuitive and it’s hard for me to get around. Looks good on the outside, terrible on the inside.
Great job guys. And hopefully you make a lot of sales today and tomorrow.
