Contact template -change text in form?

Hi,
How do I change the text in the contact form to the right? I want to translate “Name”, “email”, “message” and the “send email”-button.
I would also like to edit and add some lines.
Ideally I would like to use Contact Form 7 and place it on the right. I made a page like the contact page with the map on top but The google map wasn’t responsive.
