We know this is not your problem at all but we are just desperate for help and wondered if you could be of any assistance at all?

Our problem is this: – WE are currently using KVC hosting as our server for our capture-and-create.com website using your Kadence virtue theme which is superb. When we view our site on a PC or tablet everything looks great, BUT for some strange reason when we we attempt to view it on a mobile phone it comes up with the message “HACKED BY DARK-SHADOW-TN”. KVC seem to be struggling with resolving the issue and say they have checked it out using multiple sources but don’t see anything currently.

IS there is anything at all that you can suggest to help us out please?

Any comments at all will be very warmly welcomed indeed.

We have just installed Wordfence as an added precaution to our website although have not activated it as yet as we would like to see if KVC can resolve before we add anything extra.
