Is it possible to add a small logo on the side of blog title?

I am interested in possibly adding a small picture/logo on the left or right side of my blog title. However, I would still like the blog title to go completely across the top of my blog rather than divide the topbar into two boxes and putting the logo in that way. I would like a more “seamless” look where there would not be that much space between the picture/logo and title.
Is this possible?
