Change or Remove Add to Cart from the Product Category pages

Hi Ben,
thanks for your support and all the new functionalities and facilities you have added to the Virtue theme this year.

Please could you help – Is there an option to:
1. Change “Add to Cart” (on hover of product) to another title e.g. “Select” or “View Product” or
2. remove it from the Product Category pages?

I borrowed your css solution to add to the css box, with a minor edit from another thread; this has hidden the add to cart from displaying on the product category pages, which seems to answer (2) – is this correct?
