Home page blog grid – link to blog not working

Hi there – I just launched my site today and I’m very pleased with how it looks:) http://www.cjlacey.co.uk
However, when I click on the ‘Read more’ link or picture to the latest blog on my homepage on the blog grid it is taking me to my bumps and babies page – and not through to the blog as it should.
