Removing Add to cart buttons form product summary page

Hi, hope you can help.
I have a demo page at *Login to see link
I wish to remove the Add to Cart buttons on the product summary pages. This will force the customer to click into the full product description.
I wish to keep the Add to Cart button within each individual product page
Is there a toggle switch within the theme or a custom script I can use?
