CSS does not work in the Netherlands

I know it sounds funny, but I only get this information from my followers in the Netherlands now. I had the same problem here in Germany, too, a few weeks ago, but now my readers say the blog works fine for them. It also works in the US and in Canada. So it seems to be a regional problem. The navigation does not work and they cannot view the images on my blog and it looks like this in the screenshot they send me *Login to see link
I am using Theme Virtue Premium Version 3.5.0.
Can you please help?
