Icon Menu Hover Colours

On my home page at http://www.dnaclient.co.uk/fabrics I have 4 icon menu items under the main text. The 3rd icon menu – Poles, Tracks & Accessories – when you hover over it displays the incorrect blue background color that I have added to 1st, 2nd & 4th icon. I changed the css to

.home-iconmenu a:hover {
background-color:#1D1D9E!important;
-moz-border-radius: 4px;
border-radius: 4px;
}

…..but it doesn’t seem to affect menu icon 3 which retains its previous color. How do I get all 4 menu icons to have a background color of #1D1D9E when you hover over them.
