WooCommerce does not work with Virtue premium 2.3.6

I used the free version of the theme and I have had no problems and passed Premium nothing works,
It locked out the administrator WordPress, it only works if I delete WooCommerce,
But I need WooCommerce,
Can you help?
I have just installed the plugins included in the Premium Package Virtue
My Woocommerce Version iis the last version.
