Amazon CloudFront and css.php

I have the file distribution by WordPress Amazon CloudFront, and the file templates/css.php can not pass through CloudFront because it is dynamic, and every time my client makes a configuration change, I need to delete this file CloudFront.
Is there anything we can do to solve this problem?
