Revolution slider will not install

Hi
We have just purchased the virtue premium theme and are unable to install the bundled revolution slider plugin. When attempting to install the package it states “Download failed. Failed to connect to http://www.kadencethemes.com port 80: Connection timed out”.
Are you able to advise on how to resolve the issue?
