Disable The add to cart button on a certain product category

Hi.

I am looking to change the “add to cart” button on my shop page for products in a specific category.
I want to change it to “view options”.
But i would like the add to cart button to remain in the product page.

So basically, if someone clicks on a view options from a specific category, it goes to the product page instead of adding it to the cart.
How do i achieve this?

I just want this for a specific product category not all products.
